Overall 5/5 Service: 5/5 Timeliness: 5/5 Price: 4/5 Workmanship: 5/5 Military Discount: 0/5 I had a Lindsay Windows Vinyl DuraPro DoublePane Single Hung window sash with a broken front pane that needed to be replaced. I called a few shops and the best offers were below: O'Briens: $230, take 4-5 business days to fix Ray Diamonds: $330, fix in the same day Because we needed it fixed soon, we took it to Ray Diamonds and they did an awesome job. Key Points: - When I called, the lady on the phone was very knowledgeable and gave me a quote pretty quickly for $330 and said they can fix it the same day. - When I arrived in store with the window unit the next day, the in-person service could have been better. I arrived that morning around 0830ish and when I walked in the door, it took an exaggerated time before someone said good morning and asked to help me thought there were no customers in their. Maybe i've been a southern too long but I just expect a 'good morning'/general acknowledgment when you walk in a store (unless it's super busy or some other common sense reason). Also, the lady wrote the bill 'on top of the glass which broke it more!! Luckily it was the pane already broken,

I’m disappointed with my recent experience. I called this morning (Friday Feb 27th) to ask about having patterned glass cut for an outdoor lantern. I explained clearly and in detail what I was trying to accomplish and what the glass would be used for. Based on that explanation, I was quoted a price of $12–$15. I then drove across town to the shop based on that quote. Once I arrived and the glass was physically looked at, I was told the price would be higher, and the original quote was not honored. No effort was made to acknowledge the incorrect quote or the inconvenience of my time and travel. I understand that pricing can sometimes change after seeing a job in person, but when a customer explains the project thoroughly over the phone and is given a specific price, that information should either be honored or clearly stated as an estimate upfront. This experience felt unprofessional and was frustrating.

We had an amazing experience with this company! Our business front door glass needed to be replaced, and Tommy and Mike came out the same day to take care of it. They were quick, efficient, and incredibly professional. On top of that, they were friendly and easy to work with, which made the whole process stress-free. We truly appreciate the fast response and quality work.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Ray Diamond Glass! They came out same day and replaced our business’s front door. The service was friendly and quick. The quote matched the final bill. Everything about this interaction was positive.

We bought cabinets online that were made for glass doors, but the glass was not included. They came with wooden shelves but we wanted glass shelves. The people we talked to at Ray Diamond glass were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed. We ordered 10 glass door panels and 10 shelves and were able to pick them up the next day. They fit perfectly and look great. We are 100% satisfied.
